Tuesday 28  [sic]–Sewed all morning–& at night attended the
young ladies concert–Money for the NC Gunboat fund–
They performed very well–& no doubt made over a hun
dred dollars as the Chapel was crowded–We all went
from the Hotel 9 ladies & 2 gentlemen–Tom & Mr Davis
